PlannerThe Planning for Success weekly planner / journal is designed to help returning prisoners organize their Life. One of the most import components for successful reentry is having a plan in place and the ability to manage time effectively planning ahead will help the returning prisoner to stay focused on goals and objectives. The Planner also directs the returning prisoner to identify with community resources Faith-based organizations, support groups, housing services, employment training, transportation, food / clothing, health services. Planning ahead will allow a person to build a network for reentry to their community
